This little guy, along with his buddy, lives under one of the blue slate steps off the back porch. After your Dad reset the steps, they promptly moved back in...er under. We see them many evenings.

ReplyDeleteThose are really really nice pictures. I love the one of the the toad, and that dragonfly is downright stunning. Great craftsmanship on this set. That little red and black beetle is a milkweed beetle. Their entire life cycle revolves around said plant. Their colour warns predators that they, like monarchs, become poisonous from eating the milkweed.
